Matt and Trudy were married by the poolside at the gorgeous brand new 5 star Outrigger in Noosa- what a gorgeous venue! We had so much fun with Matt and Trudy on their wedding day, and it all went perfectly. (On a side note, aren’t Trudys eyes/eye makeup amazing?! – made even more special because she had one of her girlfriends do her makeup for her)
Matt and Trudy decided that they would like to have a “Trash the Dress” shoot in the week following the wedding, which was so much fun! We were cracking up laughing the whole time- and let me just say, that water was FREEZING! Cheers guys for being troopers- even when you were feeling a little under-the-weather and still got in the icy water… You rocked it!
Yet again, I have gotten a little out of control in picking my favorites- but when you have four seasons in a day, how can you not choose so many?!
We had so much fun with Cam and Alana. The day was just perfect! Good company, (the BEST company with my sister as a guest at the wedding;) yummy thai food and nutty unpredictable, glorious weather!
The day started out with blistering heat… by the time their lunch reception rolled around, the craziest rain I have ever seen had rolled in (I’m talking monsoon type weather!)
We left the reception to head up the coast, the rain had cleared somewhat, but as we drove on further up the coast, a steady rain set it. It looked like rain it was going to be. While shooting in the forest, the sun decided to break through the clouds. After reveling in it’s glory, we turned to move on. The rain slowed to a stop, and the most beautiful rainbow (a double rainbow at that!) popped out across the sky. We were excited. VERY excited! A butterfly even landed on Alana. What the heck?! Perfection I tell you!
Cameron later told us that while honeymooning, Alana would have sudden outbursts of joy as she thought about how their wedding photos were going to look. Haha- love it! Glad you were not disappointed
Also if you are interested, check out their cute engagement shoot!
As I sit here I’m listening to Grover (yes the muppet) singing in the background. I’m cool like that haha.
I’ve got a gorgeous wedding to share, so I will cut to the chase! Nat and Tenilles wedding day was absolutely beautiful. We love photographing weddings in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
Notice how joy just radiates from Nat and Tenilles faces? Their wedding was just such a happy event- everyone had the biggest smiles all day. We love it!
The venue was Flaxton Gardens
The Celebrant was one of our past brides Fiona from Marry-Me
Tenilles amazing dress was by designer Leonard Derecourt
Oh, and you can see their spunky engagement shoot here🙂
We first met Adam and Lyteasha a couple of years back when we photographed Adams brothers wedding on Mt Tamborine, Adam and Lyteasha were both in the Bridal party:) Needless to say we were happy to hear from these guys when it was their turn to get married:)
We loved your wedding! We love your families- thank you for making us so welcome, we enjoyed every minute of the day… (Except for the guest who dropped his pants during the group photo perhaps? Haha!)
FYI The wedding took place at Maleny Manor, which is such a beautiful venue! We also ducked a couple minutes down the road for some amazing photos overlooking the Glasshouse Mountains.
