Joel and Amanda were married at Amanda’s family property on Mt Tamborine. Everything was just gorgeous, lots of DIY fun touches, perfect weather, and lovely company Smile (How cool is the jumping castle?! It was an absolute hit!)

Once again, the ceremony was preformed by Fiona from Marry-Me! (She will be no stranger to our blog over the next few months, she has officiated 6 weddings we have photographed over the last two months!- Woah. She is brilliant:)

Luke and Sarah

Luke and Sarah were married in Tallebudgera Valley, and again, due to crazy rain, were relocated inside their reception venue for the ceremony. Luckily the rain stopped for their photo shoot, and started up again full force when it was time for the reception!

It was such a gorgeous day, and everything was so beautifully planned. (I am really loving pom poms at the moment! How gorgeous is Sarah’s dress and the poms at the reception? “It’s so FLUFFY!” I love it.) I’m not sure if this is where Sarah sourced her poms from, but if your looking for some in Brisbane check out Ah-Tissue.

Adam and Sarah

We are finally catching up on our wedding blogging (There are still 20 or so more weddings to be blogged from this year!)

Today we showcase the wedding of Adam and Sarah! They were married way back in September at Tamborine Gardens on Mt Tamborine. Their wedding was beautiful. We got along fantastically so the wedding day was so much fun (despite a run in with a grumpy farmer;)

Funnily enough, on the wedding day as the couple were getting ready, I was approached by the grooms mother who was asking if I remembered her… I racked my brain and couldn’t quite put my finger on it. She then told me that I had taken her family portrait many years ago, a family portrait that also included Adam (the groom) haha! Small world. At least I didn’t feel so bad seeing as Adam was also none the wiser that we had met before. It made for a good laugh. When I got home I worked it out- Adams family session was one of our first ever commissions- roughly 6 years ago!

Imbue Winter Style Collaboration

A couple months back Kristy from Imbue Weddings contacted us about shooting a Winter Style story for her. I love Kristy’s styling so I was rather excited!

The images are being published in one of Brisbane’s fancy pants Bridal mags next year (yes we are excited) so unfortunately we cannot share all of the beautiful images yet… HOWEVER we can give you a sneak peek:)

We shot a couple of personal pictures that didn’t fit the “Winter” brief. We hope you enjoy the teaser!

The Models name was Stephanie, I cannot find her- so if you know her let me know and I’ll update this with a link to more of her work. She was so fantastic to work with. I’m pretty sure we shot on the only cold day this winter- it was FREEZING! Not a peep of complaint, professional, gorgeous, we were very impressed:)
