These two beautiful souls got married this morning, they are probably dancing right now, and getting ready to wrap up their reception and head out and have some bridal photographs taken! (We love that part!)
To celebrate their day of days, here are a few of their pretty engagement pictures!
I can’t wait for Adam to get home so I can check out some of their stunning wedding photos- and get stuck into designing their wedding album! We may even be on the ball and post a sneak peek or two, so family and friends, keep your eyes peeled on our Facebook page over the next few days!
We decided to go a bit further afield than normal for Matthew and Amy’s engagement photos, and it was well worth the drive:)
Maleny is always an incredible backdrop for any kind of photos, whether that be family, weddings or couples (I don’t think you can go wrong with the beautiful glass house mountains as your backdrop!:)
We always love engagement shoots, it is such a perfect opportunity to get to know the couple a bit better, and if you are feeling nervous about your wedding photography in the lead up to the wedding, an engagement shoot is the best idea! It helps to get you comfortable in front of the camera, and realise how amazing you will look in your professional photos.
Amy and Matt admitted (like most of our clients do!) that they felt a little apprehensive in the lead up to their shoot. After ‘hanging out’ with Adam at their shoot, they were able to relax and enjoy the experience. (Those nerves are best to be done with prior to the wedding- as there are plenty of other nerves to worry about on the wedding day!).
Needless to say they loved their photos and are now feeling WAY more comfortable about having Adam around on their wedding day to take their photos
We also created some incredible invitations for Matthew and Amy which were a hit with their guests which you can check on our facebook.
Simon and Eloise were married a couple of weeks back, and before sharing their wedding photos, we would love to show off some of their gorgeous engagement photos. They decided to have their photos taken in Brisbane around GOMA (The Gallery of Modern Art) where some of their early dates took place
Lisa was a bridesmaid to one of our lovely brides Louise late last year, and loved our work, so booked us to shoot her wedding too. It is so enjoyable photographing friends of our past clients
We are really looking forward to photographing your wedding Pete and Lisa. We are pretty positive it is going to be beautiful!
Enjoy reliving your engagement photos;) You guys looked gorgeous and I just love that sunset!
It seemed impossible to tee up a time for us to take some photographs of Kevin and Sarah, until it dawned on me that, yes, we bought a new light a couple weeks back. Let’s get out and have some night fun!
If you follow our work, you would know that we generally only shoot in available natural light, so it was quite different for us to do a whole shoot in the dark.
It was fun! It was great to meet Kevin and Sarah (we also hadn’t had a chance to meet before the shoot so it was all very different to normal) They were awesome- even when publicly lit up canoodling on the side of an extremely busy road in Kangaroo Point. You guys were fab.
We’re looking forward to your wedding next year, and hope your engagement party in the next couple of weeks rocks:)
