Daniel and Imogen were so much fun to photograph (again!). We loved being a part of their wedding day.
They were married at Culgoa Point Beach Resort in a beautiful small ceremony overlooking the ocean. The scene looked like that of a tropical island complete with lots of little DIY touches made with lots of love, from the homemade bunting in the trees, a sweet little owl, decoupage lettering, lace paper lanterns and rose petals scattered everywhere!
After a sweet ceremony with laughs (and a couple of sneaky tears) we headed off for some bridal party fun, while the rest of the wedding guest set of of a little cruise with The Noosa Ferry Cruises. Then it was off to the beach with the couple to give them a little time on their own, make the most of the soft sunset colours in their wedding photos and have some more laughs.
We were graced with the presence of a sweet little doggy who decided to photo bomb Daniel and Imogens photos haha.
(On a random note, I was talking to a friend the other day who said apparently it is a new bridal craze to hire (yes hire!) cute dogs as “photo props” in wedding photos… who would have thought?! Haha! Well we didn’t have to hire this cutie… he came to us;)
The reception then took place at The Boathouse Restaurant and Bar in Noosa, which made the most stunning backdrop for their wedding reception photos. It was lovely to catch up Imogens sister Cara, whose Wedding we photographed a couple of years back too- and to meet their beautiful little boy!
(And I must say, that wedding cheese cake was pure heaven! The homemade jam lovingly made for the wedding favours was such a great (and delicious!) idea:) We loved munching it down on toast over the weeks following the wedding- thank you both- and thank you for having us photograph your wedding day!)
