Dave and Kate were married a few years back, we photographed their wedding, and were thrilled to be able to photograph them again with their new (and not so new) additions to the family

Dave’s parents are cane farmers up north- so the cane fields nearby seemed like the perfect location to photograph their family, lots of space for Ruby to run free (as you will notice in the pictures she doesn’t stay still for long) and a beautiful setting for a family portrait. Ruby you have a hard hard head! Haha- lucky our cameras are well built!

Kate (and Dave too I suppose;) it was so great to catch up again! Thank you again for your beautiful Christmas “card” and the chance to photograph your growing family x

Lee-Anne and her fave boys

After speaking with Lee-Anne initially on the phone, I realised how fab she was and we were excited about meeting and photographing her and the men in her life.

Adam had a great time photographing their little family on Mount Tamborine. Lee-Anne brought along some of her sons favourite toys to feature in their photos. So cute!

We are glad you were thrilled with the photos Lee-Anne, it was lovely meeting you and being able to capture this little piece of family history for you (…and stoked that we were able to create your very first family portraits for you!)

Kristy was the winner of new website launch promotion many moons ago. We fell in love with what Kristy had to say about her kids, and were honoured to capture the love and craziness they share.

Little miss decided she did not want photos at the beginning of the shoot, after a few tears, then some coaxing, she soon warmed up to the idea of having her photograph taken…(just a tad! haha) .

Michael and Tamara booked us photograph their wedding, which was a few months ago (the wedding was beautiful and I hope to show you some gorgeous images from the wedding soon). Prior to the wedding, they booked in for a family (engagement) photo shoot with their lovely daughter. We had a delightful afternoon playing, and taking photos down at the Spit!

Michael and Miranda + 2

Miranda and I are a few weeks apart in age. As little girls, we used to dream together of one day touring Africa together and going on Safari… which has yet to happen?! She is my cousin, and I love her to pieces (even though we never get to spend time together and it has been years since we have had the chance to just “hang out”).

Miranda has been wanting to have family photos taken for quite some time now, and finally made the time to book in a photoshoot. These little guys are train obsessed, so Miranda asked if we knew of any train yards we could photograph her family near. After phoning around a couple of photographer friends (thanks Na;) we were able to find this gorgeous spot to photograph their family.

Our little guy and I tagged along with Adam to the shoot (hey if Adam gets to hang out with my cousin I’m not going to miss out!)

Love you Randi, and glad you loved the photos, we loved gate crashing your photo shoot!

A grown up Family

You might recognise these girls from their cousins shoot we posted a few weeks back… well this is their family shoot!

Mum and Dad had not had professional photos together since their wedding day, so it was a great excuse to get some gorgeous photos of just the two of them, as well as some of their girls.

You guys are such a sweet family! We are glad we were able to capture this special time in your lives

Ryan, Melissa and then some!

We are photographing Ryan and Melissa’s wedding in a couple of months time, and Melissa contacted us to arrange to have family photos taken with her beautiful Mum, Deborah for her birthday. As Ryan and Melissa live in Airlie Beach, this was also the only time we were really able to take any photos of the two of them prior to the wedding… so we took some family photos all together, then headed off with just Ryan and Melissa for a couple of photos to celebrate their engagement

Cousins

Shireen contacted us to photograph her family, (which has yet to be blogged!) and then a week later, came back for us to photograph her with her sister and their lovely cousin It was our first “cousins” shoot, and we loved it! It’s the perfect excuse to dressed up, have some fun frolicking together, and get some beautiful gifts for parents, grandparents and yourself of course!

Can you tell these two are sisters or what?!

This sweet little ladies mum has been a loyal customer pretty much since we were just starting out our humble little business! This is the 4th time we have photographed Kerry’s family, this time we photographed her gorgeous new bub, and we are looking forward to photographing the whole family together (with the grandparents from overseas) at Christmas time
